ACA has a complete line of aluminum EHV (extra high voltage) accessories for pipe sizes 3 to 8 inches. Our 345/500 kV fittings conduct a rated current of the largest conductor to which they can be applied. The 345/500 kV substation accessories have been designed so that proper weld bead for full conductivity is automatically applied. Conductor socket depths are generous, allowing wide tolerances in cutting conductors to length. A choice of contact pad sizes is available for larger conductors. The streamlined design and the absence of protruding bolts make ACA 345/500 kV substation accessories an excellent choice for the construction of any substation.
